Horrific service, first call left me waiting while he chatted to his mate on the phone, then didnt phone back.
After I called, they found the part I needed but charged £10 more than the official audi price and then couldn’t work the card machine and started saying that my money wasn’t any good.
After I asked for his address, got a load of verbal and told that «what am I supposed to do, drop everything to help you?»
Thats what selling someone something usually involves.
