The customer service here is terrible. After paying £40 in advance to have a picture framed, it turned out the border I asked for was not the colour requested. Upon politely asking to have this changed I was initially told that I had been shown the border in advance (which I hadn’t) so got what I asked for.
I was then told that I would be charged extra because I had not asked politely enough, and that I should take this as some kind of a lesson for the future. I found it hard to believe the man was serious, I’ve never had such a pedantic and condescending response from anywhere. AVOID this shop, go to a more reputable alternative in Glasgow

2canvass is a digital arts store where you can buy digital art which has been put on to canvass or another media of some sort. This allows for the creation of some really beautiful and personal art work for your home.
My friend had some gorgeous professional photos taken of her little daughter when she turned one year old and she took her photos to 2canvass to get something special done with them. I went with her and we sat with a designer for what felt like hours while my friend hummed and hawed between a full colour, sepia and a vignette canvass. Then there was what size to get and whether to get one canvass or multi panel effect canvass!
In the end she got a gorgeous spot colour canvass of her daughter which was black and white but her lovely big eyes were left bright blue. The canvass is massive but is really something special and it looks great in my friend’s living room. It wasn’t cheap as it cost her nearly £1000 but it is something the family will treasure forever.
2canvass can do all sorts of things with your images including turning them into Andy Warhol style pop art, caricatures and they can also turn your children’s paintings or hand prints into canvasses which will last the whole of their life time. They also sell some nice «ready to go» canvasses in a variety of sizes which are cheaper than getting something made with a personalised image.
The service at 2canvass was excellent and the designer we sat with was very patient while my friend made her decision. He was also very mindful of her budget and didn’t push her to spend anymore than she’d planned.
