I have just phoned this company for advice on my smelly sofa! Unfortunately it has come with the house we rent, so before considering buying our own suite and putting this into the garage I wanted to weigh up the cost of professional cleaning.
I spoke to Graeme who was incredibly helpful and honest, so honest in fact he told me it would probably be a waste of money for me since it’s nigh on impossible to identify the source of the smell.
We spoke on the phone for a good 10 minutes, he was friendly and made a few suggestions on how I could try and sort it myself.
I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone needing carpets or upholstery etc professionally cleaned.
