The factored building that l live in has regular issues with repairs.
When we had water ingress C Hanlon was instructed by our factor to carry out the repairs.
The company had to also fix a sky dish that had come loose, I’m not sure why they had been instructed to do this as they where removed a few weeks later due to a communal sky dish being fitted not long after.
To this day l still have water ingress coming into my property, when I hired a building company to inspect the work, l was informed that C. Hanlon had only done half the job and didn’t finish what they where instructed to do.
I certainly would not recommend this company.
