This is a great wee post office and they have good hours too. It is part of a corner shop and it does close a little earlier than the shop bit. You can buy lottery tickets as well as stamps and they have a wee range of groceries as well as the usual stamps and envelopes. The owners are really nice and always ask how you are and take an interest which is nice.

A great little post office and general stores, I called in there today to send a parcel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and I ended up buying several things I’m so easily tempted to spend money!
For a small shop it has a good range of things, from groceries and confectionery to greetings cards and postcards of Glasgow, to magazines and newspapers.
You can play the national lottery here or have some photocopying done; there’s a Bureau de Change within the post office area and a passport photo service offered too.
There’s a large car park just down the side to the left of the shop which is very handy because it’s almost impossible to park on the main road.
