Work wasn't completed & was told it was an oversight & to bring it back later, which was frustrating as the car had been in three times longer tham they said it would take, so surely all the work should have been completed given the wait. Have taken it back twice now & on both occasions when I went to pick the car up they said they hadn't had time to do it. I'm in Ayr, 30 miles from the repair shop & its either spend a day in Glasgow or waste much of the day travelling.

Recently when I'd been in getting new tyres, the tyre fitter commented the paintwork had not been finished properly & it was peeling on the underside of the trim. They had also shown me where paint had started to come off on the front bumper which had been replaced with a second hand one, revealing the original bumper colour. Since then this has worsened & is now about the size of a playing card.

They are complete time wasters & have done a second rate job that was never finished & its really a case of taking the car elsewhere now to have it fixed properly rather than wasting more time with this lot.
