Lea Rig

Having lived in Dennistoun, Lea Rig was considered pretty rough. Anytime I have been in here however, I have never seen anything negative. Having returned here for the first time in years, I was very impressed by the fact that when I phoned to book a table, I was greeted with a bubbly member of staff who was so lovely. When my group arrived to have a meeting in the lounge, the two members of staff were so bubbly and friendly once again. Really impressed. If I was service-industry employer, I would want these staff on the front line as they create a great impression. There friendliness was not forced or false and that was refreshing to see. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome. If I ever have visitors to Glasgow, I would definitely bring them in based on the friendliness I experienced. Having taking visitors to some common tourist areas and been embarrassed by the reception, we received, the Lea Rig staff could certainly teach them some lessons in good hospitality! Well done!
