great place to grab a fish before a big game at hampden, cant wait till the bhoys play there in the new year so i can get a single fish to sustain me

Michael’s has long been known as one of the better chip shops in Glasgow. Its reputation travels as far as the west end, and perhaps beyond.
Michael’s is bang in the middle of the most amusing strip of shops in Glasgow — a bookies, off-​licence, chippy and video shop. Something for everyone, no matter your mood!
Once the thought of a fish supper from Michael’s pops into your head, it’s almost impossible to shake it. There’s nothing quite like curling up on a cold, damp miserable day with a chippie and some tea. I have yet to be disappointed by Michael’s and I don’t expect to be in the future. It is what it is :)
