I adore this place. It’s like some Old Curiosity Shop of wonders and trinkets and beautiful things. From fancy tea and coffee, chocolates, soaps and perfumes, toys, socks, cards, all those little *things* that you don’t realise you need for your house until you see them. It’s beautiful inside, with a really welcoming atmosphere. The couple who run it are so friendly, really chatty. If you’re looking for anything a bit special, a bit unusual, or even if you just want a really fun look around a really interesting little shop, head here. The campaign to shop local this Christmas is made much easier by shops like this :-)

Despite having seen this peculiar black(previously white) building from a distance, I only found out about thisbizzar bazaar from the recent Weekly Unilocal email. There’s no obvious signage or indication what’s within this building, so easy to miss(as I’ve done all these year). Inside a delightful, ecclectic range of curious gifts, toys, chocolate, shaving foams, teapots, shoeshine boxes and more. An aladdin’s cave of goodies if aladdin was some sort of victorian, hendrick’ gin drinking crafty fox eccentric…

This shop should win some kind of award for being so knock-down, jaw-droppingly beautiful inside. I felt like I’d walked into a really nice living room, rather than a shop. Everything is laid out with a great eye for displays on beautiful tables and cabinets. It makes it very hard to resist buying everything! I saw loads of stuff I was keen on — either for me, or as nice presents for people, so I will definitely back soon. If you’re looking for a present for someone with style and class, this is your kind of shop. They also sell fancy tea, coffee and chocolates as gifts.

Standing alone in a cute white house, is this beautiful ecclectic gift shop. It’s the type of shop thats like a little treasure trove of things you love, but never realised you needed. there aren’t many unique boutique stores like this left, so I recommend getting in and spending time looking and no doubt spending. Love this wee place, I’m sure you will too.

I’ve recently moved to the south side of Glasgow and stumbled upon this shop off the main street. What an amazing find. There’s no big sign, from the outside you don’t really know what it is, but I’m so glad I ventured in. It’s filled with some of the nicest things I’ve ever seen. I could have spent hours in there and it’s unusual to find an independent shop of this quality anywhere in Glasgow. There is a huge amount of different perfumes and aftershaves, home stuff, fancy tea, books, kids clothes, toys. If I didn’t live right around the corner I would still make a trip to this place.
