Prams, previously unbeknownst to me, come in a dizzying array of shapes and sizes with more optional add-​ons than most automobiles. They cost a small fortune here in the UK and if online forums are to believed if you buy the wrong one your child will be a drug-​addicted né’er-do-well by the age of six. So thank you so much to Amanda at Pram Mart who took all the mystery out of the prams for me, showing me with ease how to convert and fold up these mysterious «travel systems» and offering up a series of clear, understandable choices. All the saleswomen were engaged with customers, folding and converting prams and explaining what went with what. If I hadn’t been with my husband, who always like to investigate all the options before committing, Amanda would have made a sale right there and then – I was so grateful and she had so perceptively offered me exactly what I was looking for despite badly articulating what that was.
Pram Mart also offers some baby furniture and other accoutrement. The service is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices run the gamut… I would definitely recommend going here for your pram needs if nothing else.
