Quality of the products for the price is excellent
However I’ve found that most the items I require over the years are slowly being omitted from catalogues, so I use them less than I used too
Their trade card transition a few years back was glitchy and the company trade uk that they use is easily the worse company I’ve had to deal with, that’s Screwfix forcing that company on traders
