Having had issues with a hairdresser being set on straightening my VERY curly hair before cutting it (total disaster) here in the past I was a bit reluctant to return to Street Image, but as my layers got out of control and this was one of the only local salons open on a Monday morning it had to be done.
Luckily, I was much happier with this visit than I had been in the past. My hairdresser was attentive, friendly and fast. Ensuring that I was happy with my hair at every step of the way, recommending ways to style it and understanding my usual distrust of hairdressers.
I did feel like I was being rushed, but as it was a very last minute appointment I don’t know if this is standard practise. It’s a bit more pricey than I’d like to pay at £27 for a cut & blow dry, but if you’re stuck for time it’s probably one of the better options in Kirkintilloch.
Worth noting that they don’t take card.
