This was my saviour recently after being on a night out and forgetting to eat beforehand. On the way home we swing by here and found a really tasty looking menu. I got beef with cashews and pancake spring rolls, with drinks, another main and rice it came to about £15. Service was friendly and helpful and the food was cooed fresh for us, which meant about 10 minutes wait. The food was piping hot when we got home and I was literally over the moon to see they included a bag of prawn crackers as well. Win. Downside was that my beef with cashews didn’t actually have any cashews and was possibly beef and ginger instead. Either way it was pretty tasty and all the dishes were pretty impressive. I’ll definitely be stopping here again. They also have an interesting range(if not very small) of grocery items.

Really good Chinese restaurant, at least on a level with Skirving Street as the best Chinese in Shawlands. The chicken satay, three skewers of chicken breast in a sweet, nutty and tangy sauce is to die for. The prawn salt and chilli is amazing. The thin noodles super tasty and the rice not overly heavy. Only thing stopping this being a 5* is that it is slightly dearer than other local chineses, but the additional cost is almost certainly worth the added quality.
