Trying not to be judged by the generations of Rangers supporters in my family, I will review this store. Don’t worry I will be completely fair. The Celtic store is for sure the Celtic store, there is not one sock or keyring in the place that is not proudly coloured by green and white. You will find a range of strips, old, new, away, and the ultra tiny. This is what I found quite fascinating, you can actually get your baby kitted out in all things hoops? Wow! Little shoes are always cute. Great little point to note is that you can buy matc tickets in here which means you don’t have to go trailing all the way to Celtic park or try get them online if thats a hassle. If you are totally in love with Celtic or are hunting for a present for someone who is, this store is worth a gander.

This shop stocks everything Celtic, Celtic and, you guessed it, Celtic. It is designed for the avid Celtic supporter who wants to fill the space around them with souvenir posters, mugs, lampshades and collector’s items. In short, you wouldn’t just come in here for a browse, as Daryll said, unless you or someone else was after something specifically related to the team. There’s a few of these stores dotted around in the city centre and having an ex who was into his beloved hoops, I frequented here on a few occasions. Although I wasn’t football illiterate the staff sensed I was a bit lost and were very helpful when I needed anything. These shops are great if you want to eat, sleep and breathe Celtic. You can literally do all of the above if you have a cup of hot chocolate before bed in your big Celtic mug and dip a Celtic lolly in for good measure before you rest your head on your Celtic branded pillow. Great for the die hard supporter and specialised enough to cater you out with all your football needs. It’s helpful that you can buy tickets for matches in here as well.

Disclaimer: I am by no means a Celtic supporter, but nor in fact do I support any other football team. In fact, as a sport, I dislike football. Muchly. Ok, so the review? The green and white store is packed with Celtic branded items — everything from underwear to beer mats! Everything a supporter would/could ever want, I suppose. Personally I was going in to buy a gift for an Uncle, and I didn’t want anything massive, so I settled on a keyring(how novel!). But even then, I had a choice of about 15 different keyrings. It was quite overwhleming to be honest — I just wanted a keyring! I always feel quite bad going into these sorts of shops as I am not an avid collector, or supporter, and the sales assistant totally knew. I could see it in her eyes. She was eyeing me up and down with a certain curiosity — serves me right for wearing any other colour than green/white. Oops. She didn’t say two words to me except, «£4» through very tight lips. I made a hasty exit afterwards, and was pretty much relieved to be outside when it was over. Eeep. So, if you’re looking for something green/white/Celtic, I’d go in with someone who looks the part, otherwise, I might just stick to ordinary sports shops to save myself from the glaring face of the shop assistants.
