It is a very sad time when you lose a loved one, Katy & Michelle treat your loved one, family & friends as someone they know well, even if you may never have actually met before.
As soon as you make contact the service & support is extremely professional, caring making you feel in very capable hands which makes the process more bearable under the circumstances.
I must admit I find Funeral Directors & funerals emotional. Having visited & seen Katy & Michelle carrying out their profession words that spring to mind are very professional, warm, caring, comforting. Their place is not set out like a typical Funeral Directors, as soon as you walk in the place you feel it is a celebration of life rather that the end of someone’s life. The Chapel of Rest is very peaceful places to visit you’re loved one.
I could be biased knowing both, however having a friend depart recently, finding out that Katy & Michelle were to be taking her through her final journey was a great comfort.
If you ring with a question, query, advice or even a chat afterwards they go the extra way & you are treated as before

Michelle and her partner run a caring, thoughtful, comfotable funeral directors that offer everything you need but with that extra touch. Personable, friendly and definately price competative.
Totally recommend using Ruby, you will be very pleasantly surprised.
