In comparison to some of the clubs in Grantham, I have to give Barcode kudos as they seemed to be the liveliest on a Saturday night. The place was packed, there was a DJ spinning tunes, and the drinks were pretty reasonable. Do NOT lean on the bar, it was wet… and who knows with what… And if you ask for some paper towel, they give you a wad of some industrial-​like paper, but at least they offer. The staff were very attentive and quick to take our drink order.
And… if you get the munchies (or just need something to soak up the alcohol)… they have a Pringles Vending Machine. Strictly Pringles kids. They have DJs on Friday and Saturday nights and they also do karaōke on other nights. It is a favourite among my students, probably because of some of their drink specials. Overall, not the best club I’ve ever been to, but it manages to do the job ok.
