Jade Garden

It was time to have Chinese take out again and because I enjoyed my experience with Jade Garden last time, I decided to try them again. Ordering was a breeze, however, even though I gave them the number to my flat and they’ve delivered here numerous times… they called because they couldn’t figure out how to get here, but they called someone else. However, they were still on time.
Of course because I loved the Crispy Duck Rolls, I ordered those again. I also ordered the Hot and Sour Soup. I wasn’t expecting meat in it. Usually I’ve had Hot and Sour Soup with tofu, but this had chicken, pork, and shrimp. I’m not sure the shrimp worked, but the rest of the meat was nice in the soup. I also ordered the Yeung Chow Chow Mein. It has a number of different meats in it and it is so delicious. On the menu, they say it is a dry noodle, and I prefer this type of noodle dish (not a lot of sauce), but they do have noodle dishes with lots of sauce. The only thing that bothered me is that there were a couple of shrimp that still had the vein in the back of it. That means that they weren’t cleaned properly… so that is why they received four stars in this review.
I would still order from here, but I might avoid anything with shrimp in it.
