Not bad as banks go! It’s relatively big, it’s open on Saturdays (although only till lunchtime) and the staff are friendly and polite.
There’s sometimes quite a queue to see a bank teller and if you want to speak to someone about getting a new account or changing aspects of an existing account, you usually have to book in advance. But this is pretty standard, regardless of where you go.
A spacious, clean building with adequate customer seating, ATM machines and all the rest.
