Bright and breezy café, with a great selection. It’s perfect for a quick fix, and often there is enough space to come with a group or have enough space to relax and spread out your shopping bags. The food is ok, but sometimes the service isn’t great.

There are 2 branches of café giardinos in lakeside shopping centre. One is on the ground floor next to the escalators & the other is on the top floor in the food court next to a lot of other restaurants.
the food here is very expensive and choice is limited. A lot of the sandwiches are pre made and unwrapped on display behind a glass cabinet. The food is out on display all day so if you order something in the evening, the quality may not be the best. it can cost over £10 for 2 cups of coffee and a slice of cake. Not great value for money
