Nice big HMV. Full of stock and the staff are usually very helpful. One word of advice is never even attempt this HMV at christmas, or you will be stuck in there till thr new year! The shop get very crowded and way to busy!

I don’t know what it is about HMV stores, but they all seem to be the same, too tightly packed in. This is no different as soon as you enter the store you have to stand to the side to let others get past you! It is really hard to stand back a little to see what they have on the shelves. I prefer to online rather than to their shops as you arent squashed, you can do a quick search to see if they have something in stock rather than perusing for ages and it is usually much cheaper! The staff seem pleasant enough though, mainly because they have room to move behind the counter! This store is based on the Level 1 of the Lakeside Shopping Centre, it has plenty of parking around the building and there are many stops nearby for refreshments for after braving HMV mayhem!
