Suffice to say flybe is the world’s worst airline. No customer service skills and no hands on support at the airport. Zero stars

This is a European discount carrier that — at least in the opinion of this reviewer — is so much more pleasant a flying experience than RyanAir. Sure, they have similar rules about paying for checked bags, and limiting carry-​on to 10 kg. But they don’t humiliate you in front of your fellow passengers by making you stuff pockets and don three pairs of clothes, just to get your bag on board.
I flew Flybe in July, 2013 from Nantes-​Southampton, and Southampton-​Dublin. The flights were on time. They serve tea and coffee and biscuits, and I was a happy camper.
