Thomas Cook Airlines

A really decent airline. The flight attendants were friendly, caring, and acted very professional. I liked the fact that a bottle of water was left on the seat for all passengers upon arrival on the airplane. There were pillows and blankets available to most passengers. First come and first serve. I managed to get a pillow, but the blankets were all taken.
The food was just okay — think English pub food, you’ll get the idea, but their desserts were pretty good. I really liked the Frü Sensationally Citrusy Lemon Cheesecake dessert. Very yummy. Also, near the end of the flight, they served afternoon tea and ice cream cones!
Leg room was only average, but the seats were on the really firm side. The plane experienced some serious 2.5 seconds turbulance near take off which freak out one flight attendant.
