Queues queues and more queues !! This is always the case in this branch. they never seem to have 3 people on the tills even though they have 3 of them ?? I would never go to this branch if i had a question as the times i have asked something i have always been told someone will call me back.
I avoid this place unless i really have to and would rather do my banking on the phone than in this branch.

This branch of the Abbey National in Bluewater needs a lot of improving. The queues are always outside the door as it takes a long time to serve just one customer. It seems like the computers take ages to process one transaction and I feel sorry for the staff who take the brunt of the customers frustrations. On a recent visit one member of staff walked out in tears, leaving only one member of staff on the till.
I hope they improve this branch in the very near future as I will not return to it until it has improved.

I no longer bank with Abbey, but when I did, There would only be 1 or 2 people on the counter. The queue would usually go outside the branch!
