I love this shop. It is my first port of call for all my homeware purchases. The variety of kitchenware is excellent and although it can sometimes be pricey I tend to wait for their sales to purchase these types of items.
This shop is great if you need to purchase an outfit for a special occassion. On the first floor they have many concessions such as Ted Baker, Warehouse, Oasis, Top Shop, Coast and many others. In my experience the staff have always been very helpful. On two occasions they have helped me to put together a whole outfit (like a freee personal shopper).
They also have great sales so look out for the sale dates in the press and tv.
