This Starbucks always seems to be the most packed one in Bluewater. Probably because of its panoramic views of the rich side of the shopping centre, its squishy sofas, it’s almost mood lighting, fancy artwork on the walls and the fact it never seems to run out of anything. Whatever the reason, I like it. A lot. Located opposite Waterstones, it’s a reader’s paradise. It doesn’t take long at all to nip over, grab a book, order a hot chocolate and a muffin and settle down in the sofa by the fire and read to your heart’s content. It’s blissful. Which is weird in the middle of a packed shopping centre. Staff are always willing to recommend a new drink or cake or sandwich, they bring it over to your table which I think shows an incredible amount of memory since it’s usually packed and I’ve never had a bad meal here. The only things that dampen it slightly is when they open the windows and you end up sitting by a busy walkway with no glass between you. It’s noisy, a bit smelly and ruins the warm atmosphere slightly. And of course the prices… £3.50 for a medium hot chocolate? I could go to Whittard’s and buy a whole tub for not much more. But for a self-contained coffee shop that isn’t just perched on the corner of one of the many car park entrances, it’s the best one in Bluewater. By far.

A great stop if your out and about in bluewater… The reason for my 5 stars is the INSANE number of plug sockets(I had to jump on my laptop and do some work whilst I was out) The staff were great and just left me alone(that was what I really wanted)

With a Starbucks on every corner, most people know what to expect when they go in — comfy sofas, expensive sandwiches and not great coffee. This is why I never bother with the coffee of sandwiches and order the sublime blueberry muffin or blueberry cheesecake with a hot chocolate or a chocolate frappucino(which I have recently discovered to be a more summery alternative to hot chocolate). This Starbucks is always busy and it can be hard to get a seat, the staff are friendly and the service good.

Starbucks is my fav place to stop whilst shopping. Bluewater has 2 starbucks in the shopping mall. One located right opposite Waterstones upstairs, and the other is a small shop which is handy if you are just passing and fancy a quick coffee. The main starbucks is great. It is nice and big and has sofas by the fire which is a great place to sit if you can quickly grab the seats. Not only does Starbucks sell a great range of coffees, you can stop for a toased sandwich, cakes, and muffins. Starbucks has never really been cheap, but i think the prices area worth it as the coffee and snacks are always very yummy.
