nice place around for many years although i find the food to be expensive i quite like a lot of there stuff, have bought delish birthday cakes from there, they also do nice reasonalby priced bubble bath etc i like alot of there xmas paper and cards, staff are nice and friendly also has a nice café upstairs does a nice lattee/​cappachino

The one major disappointment with this store is the lack of staff around, especially on the tills. However the food hall is superb with lots of great bargains — the cooked crispy bacon is awesome and the selction of chocolates is great — usually reduced prices or speciall offers. The alcohol section is pretty good with a decent selection including some nice red wines and port. The clothing ranges are quite good although the prices are a little high — wait for the sales when they really slash the prices. Their own brand lingerie is of a high quality and very feminine and matches any of the major name brands. The staff are very good, knowledgeable and friendly. There is also a nice café situated on the first floor which is often very busy due to it being excellent. Toilets, including disabled and baby changing facilities are also available on the first floor. There is an escalator and a lift to the first floor.
