Really nice place! Great food, wine and service! Staying in Guildford on business and stopped here for dinner and drink. Ordered a number of tapas plates and shared another main meal with my colleague. Both of us really enjoyed everything we ordered. To be honest, I liked the sound of all of the dishes on the menu. We had dinner early on a weekday, so it was a little quiet, but tables started filling up by the time we left around 7pm. On this night, Tamas was our waiter and was very attentive, friendly and helpful. A quite nice, modern feel to the place… trendy even. I like it. I will be back!

I like ABO because they have virgin cocktail pitchers which, after a long shopping trip in Guildford, are always appreciated. They are quite expensive(£9) because they fill the pitcher with ice, but they are tasty, so I buy them anyway. The food is usually prompt, they keep up with food trends(we had a bacon-jam burger there recently) and there is a wide selection, without it being overwhelming. Their tapas is always delicious and they do various deals for x-amounts of plates with a bottle of wine. Their sweet potato fries deserve a mention because they are superb. Service is usually fine.

Yummy, good value food and fantastic cocktails. The staff are friendly– there just doesn’t seem to be enough of them so you can go ignored for some time

This bar is about 6 minutes walk from Guildford train station it’s a nice relax vibrant atmosphere inside with a traditional wooden but modern look inside it also serves food, will say very reasonably price mainly young crowd to mix I would say does start to get quite full towards the evening time. If your are in Guildford area and fancy a drink definately would recommend you drop in there for a drink or two.
