The whole family use this optician based in Guildford. The shop is based on 2 floors with the ‘testing’ happening on the first floor and this involves going up a fairly steep staircase and I have not seen a lift, so disabled access appears limited. The staff have always been helpful and my daughter, husband and I all wear glasses and have bought them all instore. They have a camera so you can see yourself wearing different pairs of glasses, making it easier to choose a pair. D & A are part of the nectar scheme which may be an advantage to some and there are often vouchers for free or dicounted eye tests in magazines or online.
