On a return trip from Wales we diverted into Hagley to find the Fig and Favour. Quite recently opened with good service, good food and extremely good coffee. Nice seating outside for those warmer days but plenty of room inside. Unusual décor, a mixture of rustic with modern American diner. But, it works.
The choice of food is second to none. From Eggs Benedict to filled baguettes. Great for a midmorning brunch or later lunch. As I have said, service is quick, friendly yet very professional.
I am told that there are plans to open another restaurant. Hopefully, this will come to fruition. More hopefully, for us, closer to where we live as I certainly would make a Fig and Favour one of my haunts.

Best coffee west of Birmingham and awesome breakfasts with proper poached eggs that have runny egg yolks. Yum.

Spotted on the way to Safari Park. What a little gem this is. Great food, deli and shop. Well worth a visit!
