Brilliantly inventive menu with good choice of drinks and very retrained pricing policy.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Halifax, United Kingdom
Simply put, the best place to eat in Halifax. Serving a mixture of modern european favourites(Italian/Spanish antipasto, lots of seafood, pastas, steaks, good vegetarian options) there is something for everyone here. The drinks selection is fantastic; a good variety of wines, beers and spirits. The specials are frequently changed so regular patrons always have something new to try. The service is excellent, with what I like to call ‘natural waitresses’; attentive and professional without being overbearing. They manage to time everything just right; your food arrives in a timely manner but you are never rushed. There are only two warnings; the portions are HUGE and once you’ve been once you will have to go back. A full three course meal with drinks for two can easily be had for £65−70 which is excellent value for the quality. It’s even open at 9 for breakfast! If you’re ever looking for somewhere to eat in Halifax, make sure you try Ricci’s first.
