Come for the Italian, come BACK for the tiramisu! I got a tip about this amazing Italian place near Hornbeam Park train station. Seemed like an odd location, but who am I to judge? So I gave it a whirl on a Friday night and was surprised by how full it was. There was barely a table for me, party of one. The restaurant has a big open high ceiling theme going which looks contemporary and nice enough, but I never like the noise level in places like this. It’s not any different from other open plan restaurants though. Al Bivio is run by Italians, I always like those places best. Service was very attentive, I appreciate that. I had a chargrilled chicken dish and it hit the spot!(I think I added a photo of it) Presentation was fantastic, but not to be beaten by the succulent taste. That’s not what did it for me. The homemade Tiramisu was out of the world!(see other pic) I’ve never experienced anything like it. Absolutely the best I’ve ever had! I would drive out there just for dessert! If you are in the area, go for it!
