Had to write and say a massive thank you to Tom the lovely young man on duty this afternoon Wednesday 6th July 2022. I had an unfortunate incident with my car managing to blow the front driver's side tyre and damaging the front bumper/wing. I was devastated and then realised I didn't have my mobile with me - managed to pull onto the Texaco forecourt and Tom very kindly let me use his mobile to call the RAC keeping me updated with info re their ETA. His kindness helped make a very upsetting experience much easier to deal with than it could have potentially been. THANK YOU Tom !!!!!
