Carers were wonderful whilst they were caring for my parents, in my view they aren’t paid enough for the services they provide.
However the communication and organisation from the hebburn based office was awful. Varied times of calls, missed medication and irregular carers. Whenever I rang the office my concerns were pushed aside and never adhered to. If it wasn’t for the lazy and ignorant office staff comfort call would get 5 stars on the carers themselves but its definitely the office staff which let the company down!
My honest opinion, there is plenty of care providers in south Tyneside and surrounding areas, avoid comfort call.
