I made the mistake of placing my order with Distinctive Chesterfields from the USA. They gave me a delivery estimate of 6 – 8 weeks. It is now 13 weeks and the furniture has not yet been delivered. I reached out to Distinctive Chesterfields as well as the transport company many times to inquire. Nobody seems to be much concerned. Distinctive Chesterfields certainly has made no effort to address my concern — now that I have paid the full price, what do they care.
13 weeks after placing my order and paying the full price, I have no furniture and no means of redress.
Avoid them like the plague.
P. S.: I am editing this review several months later. The sofa has now arrived and is much admired by all. The product quality is good. However, the service definitely took too long.
