Cute little gift/card shop with all the stuff you get from the bigger chains and the friendliness of being a little local shop. Great selection of cards & huge range of Yankee candle products, helium balloons & trinkets at reasonable prices.

This shop is right in the centre of Houghton le Spring and is easily accessible to all(it is situated next to Woolworths which has now sadly gone). The sell a vast variety of cards — birthday, valentines, mothers or fathers day, sympathy, new baby, anniversary, new home etc. It is quite a small shop but the cards they stock are of lovely quality and are very reasonably priced for what you get. They also sell helium balloons and small gifts for that special occasion. The staff are very helpful and are always on hand to help find a certain type or greetings card for example.
