Before the recent refurbishment, this branch of Barclays always seemed an okay one. The carpet and interior always looked a little old fashioned but I preferred that to the current space capsule make-​over.
There’s a Barclays rep at the front of the building now that meets and greets customers and passes on information like what ISAs and current accounts are available. The rest of the staff however, usually seem quite grumpy and detatched and like the main branch, there’s usually a queue whatever time of day you go.
