This car business offers a big selection of vehicles and often do deals if you book well enough in advance. One of the good things about renting a car from a bigger company is that they offer you full security when you need things like full excess or roadside recovery, not that others don’t offer you these services, but they seem to have it worked out in more detail. They are also great for dropping cars off past opening hours as the have a «night slot» to drop your keys through. Just leave a note telling them where you have parked to avoid early morning calls or hassle.

Car and van hire company operating from a large portacabin on Kingsway. Expect a bit of a queue on Monday mornings as this is when many customers return the vehicles they hired for the weekend. The office looks a bit rundown and ramshackle, but the service is efficient and friendly, and they’ll even pick you up before you pick up your vehicle and/​or give you a lift after you’ve dropped off your vehicle.
