Surely the WORST one out of a mediocre bunch. If I could I would give them minus 5 stars.
First of all they’re liars, they make up idiotic excuses (maintenance website down, handyman always busy, they don’t reply to emails, when you call over the phone or in the office they’re all nice and smiles and then nothing, forget it because they won’t come and do the job) not to carry out maintenance or improvement work that everyone else (other landlords) can do, when they actually do send someone to fix it it will only be after several requests and months of waiting.
If there is an urgent job to be done then even that has to wait, we waited almost a week with no light in the public hallway and stairs before they came to fix it, if it is a non urgent job then forget it, they will never do it and won’t even put the tenants in the position of doing it by telling them what make and material they used so one can go out and buy the same.
Well guess what? These people are in it only for the money (their money) surprise surprise!!! DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE, STEER WELL CLEAR AND AWAY!

As a landlord with several Buy to Lets, I often check out different letting agents and Hove Lets is a good local business. As the name suggests, it is just concerned with lets and doesn’t bother with sales and they have a deep knowledge of Hove and the local areas.
