Wouldn’t even give them one star! Their lack of communication cost me a chunk of my deposit when they did not do our end of tenancy clean properly! 3 hours to clean a studio flat and they couldn’t even finish it! After writing a complaint and asking for a refund, I got told my flat was in ‘poor condition!’ Disgusting! Will not be recommending them, ever! :(
