Good pasta for takeway, pizzas always seem to have peas on for some reason!

Well I’m sorry but despite other reviews I have read on this place I cannot remember ever having a more tasteless starter of Garlic mushrooms. They should have been described as roundish mushroom looking objects with a firm texture in a cream looking none garlic tasting warm sauce. Do not expected to be impressed with them. I can also say that the Calzone was as equally bland. Totally tasteless. Were they get the ingredients from I don’t know but may I suggest they change suppliers or at least try the food themselves. On a plus side my partner had Spaghetti Bolognese which she was more than happy with. The restaurant itself is small and pleasant and the staff equally pleasant just a shame about the food.

Absolutely gorgeous food. My children were made so welcome by the very friendly polite waiter. Although my 4 year old daughter left with a big crush on him!!! The childrens menu is fantastic with more than enough. I had the garlic tomato bread with cheese for starter and it melted in my mouth. Followed by chicken pollo which was absolutely gorgeous. I didnt have room for desert but my children had chocolate cake and by the amount that eneded up all over their faces i’m thinking they loved it! I thought the price was pretty reasonable with 2 glasses of wine for me and 2 drinks each for the kids it was £50 and for that quality of food and service well worth it.

This is a great Italian restaurant with a very friendly waiter who is always on hand to help with gets quite busy so it’s advisable to get there is quite expensive but well worth trying for the odd treat now & again The seafood medley starter is my favourite(comprising of king prawns, scampi, cod served with a dip)…delicious, my main was bolognese & as equally delicious. They do some vegetarian options & have a children’s menu too, but save room for their deserts my fav is the chocolate fudge cake.heavenly. For those with prams, wheel chairs etc it will be awkward as the entrance is up some stairs & then down again into the restaurant. They play music in the background giving a great atmosphere & is definately worth a visit for a treat
