Owned by a true Italian who also has a Lucianos in Hessle near Hull. The chefs prepare italian food to a very good standard. However, I feel that Hessle Lucianos is a little better all round (food, atmosphere, general buzz). The facilities (toilets, baby changing etc) are great at the Hull Lucianos and beat Hessle by a mile.
The menu is varied and they offer evening and weekend specials. The location is convenient if you are in the centre of Hull shopping or at Princess Quay and fancy a bite to eat.
We would certainly go back, however, I would prefer to go to Hessle Lucianos if I had a choice.
Prices are reasonable, however, with coffee etc, they can add up.
