The Sugar Mill

Its a great nightclub to end up in after a night out! Its a big place with several floors all playing different kinds of music. The only downside is that it is rather expensive to get in, and drinks are also very expensive too. I’d advise that you have all the drinks you need before you end up here to save money!!!

What once called Waterfront it has been refurbished (so the owners say!) and named after the buildings original use.
Spread out over various floors play host to cheese, indie, pop, R&B music.
With a large dance floor with TV screens in the main room.
A mixture of all ages here with promo drink offers during the week and cheap entry until around 11pm.
Opposite Princes Quay you’ll get lost even when your not drunk!

sugar mill is situated in the centre of town opposite princes quay. there are 3 floors which all offer different types of music. myself i didn’t particularly enjoy sigar mill. i enjoyed the music but didnt really like the atmosphere that there was however i have alot of friends that think its one of the best places in hull. its like most nightclubs; everyone has their own taste!

The Sugar Mill is Hull’s best nightclub in my opinion, I have been going there since I was 17, when it was called Waterfront, it’s been refurbished to a good standard and there are plenty of comfy chairs etc to sit down with a group of friends and still be able to hear each other talk. It is spread over three floors and has many different rooms all playing various sorts of music that suit all tastes. Last year they had a very good female artist playing guitar and singing then in the next room it was 80’s Old Skool! The staff are very helpful and door staff friendly, I have rarely seen any trouble or ‘incidents’ at Sugar Mill, the people that go in there are generally over 21 and just want to have a good night.

Hulls best nightclub by far, a good mix of music on 3 different floors from chart to dance to rnb, its definitely mine and the girls favourite place to go on a girls night out!
