My parents’ house in the USA was built in the late 1700s, and by American standards that qualifies as quite old. In England, that hardly rates as quaint, and the Falcon was apparently standing back when my home country was merely a colony of this one. As such, for Americans like me this place feels ancient and historic. Their row of cask ales would be impressive in a posh London pub much less in a backwater town like this. The place is dusty and a big dingy with low ceilings but it has that feel I expected an English pub to have, just as recommended by my local acquaintances. This should be your first destination for a pint in Huntingdon!

DRINKSONLYREVIEW: I’m not sure if they serve food, but we stopped for drinks. Nice local spot. Cheaper than any other place for drinks. Nice out door arranging a projector playing sports… Gets rowdy. A lot of locals here so that is usually a good sign. The bar tender was the best I’ve experienced, very friendly, gave us taste tests and suggestions on what beers/ciders to order.
