I should have known this was a chain!
Great little restaurant at the top of Bentalls Center Kingston. The service was good, they were busy so we were left twiddling our thumbs for a bit. I don’t think they were attentive or knowledgeable in what they were describing however I THINK sushi relatively speaks for itself and again… it was busy. Is that an excuse? on this occasion yes. I mean people were coming by themselves to eat (I couldn’t) so they were parring the shame to dine, so this place must be good AND paying premium as YoSushi (Which I love– Concept… all about concepts) is just on the other side.
Food was great, had a 17 quid sushi platter, edamame beans (warm=yum) and a Satori Bento Box… with drinks. I think all in all 50 quid… no 60 sh! t that was expensive for two… so basically nice BUT Yo Sushi it is next time (This was lunch)…actually probably cheaper… trying to find an excuse so here it is… stingy on the wine, either get smaller glasses or fill it up… I’M NOT even kidding!
