I was really impressed with my last visit to this clarks store. I have gone with the intention of getting my sons feet measured but came out with a brand new pair of shoes as the sale assistant was so good. She was great with my little boy and really seemed to know what she was talking about with the shoes and give excellent advice. The shoes seemed rather pricey at the time but my son has had so much wear out of them. They must be comfortable as he picks them out of any of his trainners. I will certainly go back here next time for his next pair. Best to try and go midweek and avoid half terms as it can get super busy but they do have a ticket system for been seen. if the shoe were slightly cheaper I would give them 5 stars

This store has excellent staff who really know what they are talking about. I went in for my little girl some winter boots so they started off measuring her feet. She came up at a 9.5 so they brought out the boots. 9.5 were too loose so they said lets try a 9. They fit but there was no growth room so she wouldn’t let me buy them! I thought this was excellent she wasn’t lying to me just to get a sale; she really wanted my daughter to have good fitting shoes. Well recommended. Good choice of nice shoes too.
