Express Bi Folding Doors

I have never dealt with a worse company and I am in the building trade myself.
Firstly they delivered week outside of the dates promised, meaning that other works could not continue causing really frustrating delays.
I went for their installation thinking it would be better than my contractor, big mistake the guys fitting did a terrible job of it, didn’t seal anything and fitted the all glass the wrong way round .
Needless to say they were a nightmare when I went back to them.
I have never bothered to write a review of anything before but saw one of their vans this morning and even though it was 4 years ago it still makes me angry.

Shockingly bad customer service — have had to chase them every inch of the way from booking a survey, to getting the delivery date, to following up on issues with the installation — still not resolved. Do not use them! I definitely wouldn’t again.

I was originally a bit skeptical about this company after some of the reviews written here, but when I saw there products at the ideal home show I was happy to use them, their sales staff were friendly and helpful and talked me through a few different options with what I could have done in my home.
I placed a deposit, and had a surveyor come out and measure everything, didn’t take more than an hour, and we were able to agree my floor levels with my builder meaning I was getting the level floor that I was after.
A few weeks later, they were installed, 2 guys came out and managed to have everything installed within a couple of hours, they were due between 8 and 10 am but arrived at 11.30 and were full of apologies, there had been a big accident on the M62 in their defense. They were really friendly, and professional.
I had an excellent experience with this company, and would thoroughly recommend them for anyone to use.

I would not recommend express bifold ing doors. Four months on and the work is still unfinished. They are not professional and they are unreliable. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

Just had some doors (aluminium) fitted by Express Bi-​Fold, the service from start to finish has been 1^st rate. They had a vast selection of doors to choose from and to suit all budgets, we couldn’t afford the top spec but are extremely happy with the doors we purchased. Just waiting for the warm weather so we can really test them out.
