Kwik-Fit

I had a great experience at Kwick-​Fit this afternoon, they fitted me in for a head light change, which is usually accessed by removing the wheel etc. estimated time 1hr (and thats normal). 5 mins later it was done. Chapel Allerton had powercuts during the day, so to make sure my car wasn’t left stuck on the ramps, one nice mechanic got his hand in to the tight space and voila !! Brilliant service !

This Kwik Fit is super handy for us as we live right nearby. It’s always tricky finding a garage at either end of your commuting route I think, because you want to be able to get to and from work without too much hassle, so which end do you choose? If you’re me, it’s Harjass near work, but if you’re Hot Steve, it’s Kwik Fit near home, and then he’ll book a day off instead.
Anyway. He loves this Kwik Fit for its convenience. And they did that 25% off new tyres offer, which he cleverly worked out is the same as ‘buy three get one free’ so he was chuffed. They also did his MOT dead quick and cheap too.
I have knocked a star off though because when we went in to ask about getting some alloys put on my car (they used to belong to Steve on his old car), the man said ‘nah can’t be done’ and we said ‘oh but it can, we googled it, you get these wobbly bolt things’ and he said ‘wobbly bolts, there you go, doesn’t sound right good, does it?‘
So that was that. I went to Harjass and good old Paul fitted them for me. With some wobbly bolts. That’s what they’re called! Come on Kwik Fit, get with the programme!
