The staff at this mcdonalds are inept and can’t get anything right. Asked for a cappuccino and got a white coffee. Asked for sausage n egg mcmuffin meal and got 2. Ffs I’m not that hungry!!!

The thing about McDonald’s is that wherever you go the food should be the same (sometimes boringly so) and that’s OK because you know exactly what you’re getting and it’s a useful benchmark for other eateries. Because of this I find myself scoring McDonald’s by staff and cleanliness (or even staff cleanliness at times). This particular branch is very handy for the hungry shopper but the staff have never been trained to do the McDonald smile and I wouldn’t be surprised if they replaced their happy meal with a ‘god I’m bored’ meal.
There is a lot of competition in this food court and I personally believe there are far better foods on offer.
