Average sounds like a derogatory term but really that’s exactly what Moss Bros are the suits are nice, but you are paying quite a bit for the privilege of wearing the suit, the staff are friendly but dont exactly go the extra mile and you have to just turn up and wait a appointment system would be a big improvement.
However please dont take it as dont use this company the suits were nice and they have a good range available and really how much can you expect from a suit hire company?
