This Shade Station sells shades and more. Not so much more, call it shades and watches. Big brands and big price tags to match. Personally, what I would do, is nip up and across the way and take a looksy at TK Maxx’s range of shades, as they had tonnes throughout Summer and Autumn of last year, big brands and at a fraction of the cost. If you’re thinking of splashing out on a gorgeous pair of Oakley’s for your loved one as a nice expensive gift, the packaging and casing is all part of the gift, and thus Shade Station comes into it’s own. The big brands sell themselves, and styles like Chanel and Versace are instantly recognisable by their signature styles. Also, as opposed to hunting some of these bad boys down on the internet, you can actually go in and touch and try these sunglasses on for size. Not everyone has the perfect head and face shape for Aviators. There’s also the added feature of Shade Station being a licensed dealer, so there are no worries of imitation or authenticity issues, again, key when you’re parting with £200 of your hard earned cash on some seriously pricey face bling. Staff, meh, they could work a little harder in my opinion, they’re alright and inoffensive enough, but they don’t seem to do a right lot, and when you’re actually wanting to ask about a specific set of desired shades, you kinda need to drag information out of them. 2.5 stars would be apt here.

Shade Station sells mostly sunglasses with a few watches thrown in for good measure. These are reasonably pricey shades and the shop is all about designer names including Armani, Chanel, Ray Ban and Oakley. If you like to not only make sure your shades are bang on trend, but also let it be known that you wouldn’t deign to protect your eyes for less than £70 then you’re sure to find something to suit your expensive taste at Shade Station.

The Shade Station sells a wide range of er… shades from a variety of different designers. Expect to find the likes of; Bvlgari, Police, Oakley, Armani and D&G just to name a few. They also sell watches, goggles, jewellery and accessories so it’s worth looking in if you’re shopping for a gift for somebody. With a lot of brands being designer, the prices can be steep. Pop in at sale time to grab some bargains.
